At Zibralonzex, we are committed to providing high-quality tailoring services that meet your expectations. We stand behind our work and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every alteration we perform.

Revision Policy

If you are not satisfied with the fit or quality of alterations performed, we offer revisions within 30 days of service completion. Please contact us immediately to discuss any concerns, and we will work with you to make necessary adjustments at no additional charge, provided the requested changes are reasonable and within the scope of the original work.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of tailoring services, refunds are generally not available once work has been completed. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

Service was not performed as agreed
Significant error on our part that cannot be corrected
Garment was damaged during our care (subject to assessment)
Service was cancelled before work began

Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled service:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are fully refundable
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be subject to a cancellation fee
If work has already begun, cancellation terms will be discussed based on the stage of completion

Garment Condition

We carefully inspect all garments upon receipt and will notify you of any pre-existing conditions that may affect the alteration outcome. We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or wear that becomes apparent during alteration
Fabric deterioration that occurs due to age or previous wear
Issues that arise from garment construction or material quality
